Abstract

This proposal specifies the technical requirements for rapid determination of water content of fresh meat based on low-field nuclear magnetic resonance (LF-NMR) technology. The test method specified in this document is suitable for the rapid detection of moisture in fresh meat, in particular to the detection of adulterated fresh meat by injecting water or thawed meat.
