Scope

Standardization of the vocabulary related to colour measurement, the measurement methods (visual or instrumental) of all aspects of textiles related to coloration, the calculation of colour differences, the product specifications intended for colour fastness assessments and for adjacent fabrics, the testing methods for colour fastness to any conditions, and colorant (dyes and pigments) characteristics.
